Management Team Bios
Lou Doctor - Founder
Lou Doctor is a Managing Director at Arbor Advisors. He has over twenty-five years of experience as a technologist, entrepreneur and operating manager. He started his career by co-founding a Venrock and Kleiner Perkins funded startup called Raster Technologies and has since founded and held senior executive positions at a variety of high-growth technology companies including EVP of SuperMac Technology and CEO of Locality.com and Truevision. Lou has served on the board of directors of numerous companies including Plaid Bros. Software (acquired by Sungard Data Systems in 2000) and Vidipax (acquired by Loudeye Technology in 2001). Lou holds a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Michael Kuehn - Founder
Michael Kuehn is the founder and former CEO of Miro Computer Products, an international graphics display company with annual revenues of $240M. He introduced over 60 software and hardware products to the market and led Miro to become a worldwide leader in digital video editing. Michael has been involved with several turn around and start-up projects in Silicon Valley including the restructuring and sale of Radius' hardware business and rebuilding ColorMatch for KDS. He is a partner with Formational Ventures, a Silicon Valley based investment firm. In 2002 he was appointed interim President/COO of Coldwell Banker's European activities, closing master franchise agreements for several European companies. Michael has a MSEE degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Dipl.-Ing in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universitaet Braunschweig, Germany.
